The 2009 OHIO SUMMIT ON CHILDREN will convene Nov. 12 and 13.

The 2009 Ohio Summit on Children will bring together community leadership teams to collaborate and further facilitate the implementation of local and state action plans for enhancing the safety, well-being and permanent home environments of Ohio children. Participants can expect to:

• Share solutions and challenging local problems and issues


• Hear from state leaders about their analysis and proposed state action to implement local team recommendations from the 2008 Ohio Summit on Children


• Share with state leadership community priorities and activities related to children


• Identify ways to continue ongoing intersystem and intra-system collaboration on behalf of children beyond the Summit.
